The basic hourly fee of Bracke-Advocatuur is between € 155.00 and € 190.00, excluding VAT 5% and office expenses.
The height of the fee to agree upon depends on:
- complexity of the case,
- the importance,
- the urgency,
- the financial capacity of the customer or client, allowing a lower or higher rate to be agreed.
Funded legal aid
